You have found the support page for our Android apps.

The following issues are currently under investigation and we're working hard to fix them. If you see your issue noted below, there is no need to contact us. We will automatically release an update shortly. Please ensure that you have automatic updates turned on for your device. Before submitting a support request, please make sure that your device is running the most recent system update (Android 9 or higher) AND that you have recently updated the app using the Google Play Store. Please check the version of your app by clicking on the Settings panel. Note the version/build number at the top of the panel. This app is designed to operate using Android 9 and higher.
